TRANSDISCIPLINARY DESIGN OF INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL ROUTES FOR FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of transdisciplinary design of individual educational routes. As the «core» of transdisciplinarity, linking the components and levels of individual educational routes into a single conceptual context, the self-realization of the personality of future teachers of physical education was chosen.

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of the scientific literature devoted to the problem of students' self-realization in the learning process, as well as diagnostic methods, including a multi-dimensional self-realization questionnaire (S.I. Kudinov),

 

the methodology «My studies at the university» O.A. Voronova. For statistical processing of the measurement results, the SPSS v 17.0 software, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis (according to Pearson), and Fisher's criterion φ * were used.

Results. Individual educational routes for future physical education teachers with a different level of self-realization have been developed; the author presents the characteristics of the main individual routes for the adaptive, harmonious, inert and irrational level of self-realization; the main directions of the transdisciplinary association of disciplines with the aim of designing individual educational routes are shown, the diagnostic toolkit of the effectiveness of the implementation of individual educational routes is described, including criteria for the attitude of students to educational activities.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the introduction of individual educational routes for future teachers of physical education led to statistically significant changes in the indicators of students attitudes toward learning activities in the learning process.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the introduction of individual educational routes for future teachers of physical education allows introducing innovative components into the content and structure of the quality management of student training.
